About Andre Agostinelli

I am a field service engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where I perform on-site planned maintenance and repair support to SEM and Prober systems. I have a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a minor in Astronomy and Planetary Sciences from University of California - Santa Barbara, where I developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In my current role, I exercise troubleshooting for system issues in both a standalone environment and as a collaborative team effort. Maintaining working business relationships with customers, system operators, and other field service associates has been a large part of my career. Provide training for newer members of the field service group has been a great opportunity for growth as well as acting as a subject expert both for the internal team and the customer for system issues. I am motivated by learning new things and delivering quality service, and can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
