About Andre Ang

I am a Sustainable Built Environment student at the Singapore Institute of Technology. During my stint at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, I went for a six month internship position at Sunseap (UPER Energy), an energy management company in Singapore. I learnt how energy management companies have to keep up with the monitoring and maintenance of the energy generation that have been implanted on most HDB roof tops in Singapore. As a maintenance intern, I was part of the maintenance team to go on different sites to replace the monitoring equipment for inverters to ensure better connectivity and data transfer to the database and to report faults (if any) for the team to plan the rectification. My degree program provides me with proficiency of calculating and managing stresses on structures and energy simulation to provide data for energy management. I am eager to hear from potential career opportunities and I am keen on discussing about possible job openings with regards to Sustainable Engineering.
