About Andre Arruda

Hi! As a strategic designer, I have spent the last decade developing and managing strategic projects focused on futures design and phygital solutions for global companies and governments. In recent years, I have had the privilege of leading several decentralized teams in the development of disruptive innovation and digital transformation projects. These projects are aligned with desirable futures for global partners such as MIT, Google, Globant, World Bank, Bernard Van Leer Foundation, Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office, Rockwell Automation, Sanofi, DSM, Whirlpool, Globo, Gennoma Lab, World Bank, ENAP, Neurotech, and the governments of Sierra Leone and Brazil, among others. In this role, I manage customer expectations and lead projects using agile methodologies. During execution, I develop collaborative processes using a mix of Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Foresight techniques to create short, medium, and long-term strategies for international partners.
