My ambition: Help companies to manage ICT as a normal business, predictable, transparent en cost effective! Since April 2011 I operate as an independent IT professional My focus areas are Service management and project management and I have a proven trackrecord in these areas. I am also a recognized CMDB specialist to implement ITAM and ISAM processes and design and optimize CMDB's. I use a combination of methods (ITIL, Prince2) and pragmatism to achieve any set goals. Due to the wide variety of ICT roles i have played in the last 25 years, I am openminded and i have a broad view of all stakes involved. I require little supervision and I will take initiatives as I come across oppertunnities. I can collaborate easlily with technical experts as well as high level managers. I am also comfortable running technical as wel as outsource and service management projects, my focus is not only the short term goal, but also the longer term goal, meaning a decent transition from the project to the maintenance phase.
