I specialize in the design and development of mill linings for SAG, AG, ball, and rod mills, delivering innovative, high-performance solutions to support the mining and milling industries. My approach blends deep technical expertise with a collaborative leadership style, ensuring outcomes that align with Bradken’s mission and our clients’ evolving needs. I'm passionate about fostering strong, cross-functional teams and advancing grinding mill technology through continuous improvement and forward-thinking engineering. Proud to lead an incredible team of engineers at Bradken where collaboration, creativity, and technical excellence are at the heart of what we do. Together, we design customized, high-performing products that meet the evolving needs of our customers and align with our business strategy. Beyond day-to-day engineering, I oversee the full product lifecycle, driving innovation, gathering customer insights, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives that strengthen our market advantage. I guide product transitions, certify new designs for production, and conduct field evaluations to ensure peak performance in real-world environments. Through close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, I help build the processes, relationships, and solutions that move Bradken forward.
