My experience in Information Technology and business management, acquired from various industries in the private sector, has given me so far, a successful career supported by significant achievements in the conduct of production support (Infrastructure Service Operations and Service Level Agreements), P&L, management of projects, customer satisfaction, supplier relationships, strategic planning, staff development, promoting changes, improving organization and implementing new technologies. A track record that includes the implementation and management of technologies that meet business needs while ensuring that the services provided by IT reaches or exceeds customers’ expectations and the enterprise goals. With an ability to quickly grasp the issues and opportunities for improvement, I have successfully lead optimization, standardization of Infrastructure Services under my responsibility.
