Andre Brace is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and a member of the Construction, Projects and Assets group based in Toronto, Canada. Andre specializes in the execution of major capital projects and advising private and public sector clients in the development, analysis and resolution of contract disputes in the infrastructure, mining and energy industries. His practice focuses on project delivery, schedule analyses and the quantification of damages resulting from delay and disruption. Andre is a Professional Engineer with significant experience delivering major capital projects in the mining, mineral processing, and infrastructure industries, and has assisted owners, contractors, and other construction professionals in the successful execution of projects across the globe. This has included the effective implementation and/or improvement of key project delivery functions including project management, capital cost estimates, project planning, project controls, cost management, schedule management, risk management, project governance, procurement, and contract management. Andre has delivered and advised clients on projects in North, Central and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia. Representative clients include owners, contractors, suppliers, public and private developers and law firms. His diverse project experience includes mining, mineral processing, roads, bridges, dams, pipelines, transmission lines, oil and gas facilities, airports, hospitals, commercial buildings and power generation facilities.
