As a Manager of Performance Systems at Tyson Foods, I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the transportation network. I leverage my skills in logistics, data analysis, and project management to drive continuous improvement and innovation. I have over 5 years of work experience in various roles related to transportation, production, and customer service, including working as a Senior Transportation Specialist, a Production Coordinator, and a Resolution Specialist for leading companies such as Walmart and Tyson Foods. I also have a strong interest in political science and government, which I pursued as my undergraduate major at the University of Arkansas, where I completed my Master of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. My goal is to apply my knowledge and expertise to create positive impacts for the environment, the society, and the economy through sustainable and ethical supply chain practices.
