About Andre Cizmarik

Andre Cizmarik is Special Counsel in Mintz Levin’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on a wide range of complex commercial disputes. Andre recognizes that any litigation is disruptive to a company's core business function and seeks to minimize any impact of any litigation on the day to day business operations while simultaneously and vigorously advocating for his clients' interests. In addition, Andre counsels his clients in a wide variety of business matters, and has drafted and negotiated numerous commercial agreements. Andre has worked with clients in a variety of business and industries including: luxury goods, perfumes and fragrances (including celebrity brands), professional hair care, financial services, banking, real estate, probate matters, hotel and restaurants, pharmaceutical, surgical devices, book and music publishing, and health and beauty aids. Andre has significant experience in the trademark arena including prosecuting trademark infringement lawsuits and defending trademark counterfeiting lawsuits. Andre is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel. In addition, for over 10 years, Andre has also served in a pro bono capacity as a Special Assistant District Attorney for the Nassau County District Attorney's office.
