I am an experienced projects and regulatory lawyer with deep expertise in energy markets, clean technologies (solar and wind), gas, and energy storage (batteries and pumped hydro). My career spans Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the UAE, where I have advised on complex, high-impact energy projects. I have experience across the full project development lifecycle in the electricity and gas sectors, covering project structuring, offtake and hedging arrangements, energy regulation, network connection, and key project agreements. This includes significant in-house roles, with secondments at Bow Energy, Arrow Energy, and Kumul Petroleum, as well as a Legal Director role at the Australian Energy Market Commission, where I contributed to major energy market reforms. Currently, I am focused on delivering legal solutions that drive energy transformation in the UAE’s oil and gas sector, helping to shape the future of energy in the region.
