About Andre Dekker

I work as a Director with the Baker McKenzie Transfer Pricing team. My main area of focus is inter-company finance transactions and (business) valuation analyses, performing economic and financial analyses and preparation of transfer pricing documentation. I have also been involved in tax effective supply chain restructuring assignments and conducting functional analyses. For transfer pricing purposes, analyses include cash flow modeling, pricing of financial derivatives and conducting credit rating analyses, in addition to general transfer pricing compliance and documentation projects. I am experienced in handling transfer pricing and tax dispute resolution matters, focusing on financial analysis, economics and business valuation analysis. Furthermore, I have performed transfer pricing studies for clients in a wide range of industries, in the context of transfer pricing design and documentation projects. Over the past years I have developed industry-specific knowledge in the industrial, oil and gas, household appliances and pharmaceutical sectors.
