I am a co-founder of Digha, a platform that leverages machine learning and artificial intelligence to support leaders throughout their people development journey. With over 14 years of experience in software development, product management, and team leadership, I have a strong background in creating and delivering innovative digital solutions for diverse industries and markets. Previously, I worked as a software engineering manager at Zup Innovation, where I led a team responsible for building and maintaining PIX services for Itau, largest bank in Brazil. I also co-founded an educational startup, organized product-related events for ProductTank Joinville, and held various roles at TOTVS, a leading software company in Latin America. I hold an MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 4.0 from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina. I am passionate about helping teams and organizations grow by creating better work environments that focus on the growth of everyone involved.
