As a Project Manager with a focus on IT infrastructure, I oversee the implementation of new office setups and their related IT systems. My responsibilities include thorough planning and the preparation of detailed quotes that cover all technical, logistical, and financial elements for client approval. Using management tools to organize, envolve stakeholders and check constantly SLA, Status and pendecies of each project. Proficient in conversing with stakeholders to efficiently gather the best insights within the required timeframe. As a Project Coordinator, I applyed my technical and soft skills to manage customer projects in the IT/Infrastructure area. I have over five years of experience in this role, where I coordinate and managed with specialized teams, support the delivery manager, implement and update server's operational systems and applications for some projects and the entire IT infrastructure for others. I started my career as a junior in the IT sector of Banco do Brasil and progressed to network administrator, team coordinator, and IT manager positions in large companies. I have also gained international experience and fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish during my assignments in the US and Canada. I am passionate about delivering quality solutions, resolving conflicts, and negotiating with suppliers. My goal is to contribute to the company's success and grow professionally.
