About Andre Herrmann

André's career path, to date, has allowed him to accumulate skills in sales, purchasing, and project management. For example, as one of Concord's buyers, André was responsible for purchasing up to USD $1.2M annually from a newly identified international marketplace. As such, he took a leading role in setting up logistics between Hong Kong and Germany in support of effective supply chain management and quality control. As part of a special project to improve company performance, productivity, and reporting, André was selected, along with one of his peers, to co-faciliate the implementation of the company's ERP software. Due to the success of the ERP project, André was handpicked to step into a more demanding role in sales management. For the next two years, he opened up a new sales field in East and North Germany with accountability for generating revenues in excess of USD $6M. In addition, André also headed up a project team to select and implement a business intelligence software (Cognos BI) for the international sales team, providing him once again with a chance to deploy his project management skills. Born and educated in a picturesque region of Bavaria, André attended the University of Bayreuth where he studied medieval history and Romanic languages.
