With 20 years across global supply chain roles, I specialise in turning demand data into clear actions, reducing excess stock, and improving service levels without guesswork. I currently manage procurement and logistics at Chemiplas across ANZ, where I lead D365 and TMS upgrades and aim to cut $1M in inventory exposure. I’ve worked across ERP systems (SAP, JDE, Pronto, CargoWise), built BI dashboards, run complex forecasting models, and integrated EDI with major retailers like Myer and The Iconic. What sets me apart is knowing when not to trust the data, and asking the right questions before stock ends up in the wrong warehouse, at the wrong time, costing the business real money.
