I have built and lead product management and cross-functional teams. My hand-on and in-depth understanding of business, technology and customers have delivered sustainable business growth and profitability. Successfully managed the conversion from conventional lighting Electronics to LED and geared the teams up to take on the next industry challenge: Connected Lighting and IOT. From my start in Silicon Valley, I have been working on connected electronics before it was fashionable to talk about IOT. Now I engage teams to scale up, and make the leap from promises about products to a company that promises outcome based on collaboration and connection to the new ecosystem.
