About Andre Kellum

With over 29 years of experience in project management, workforce consulting, affordable housing and development programs, I am a certified strategic workforce planner and business partner who delivers high-quality results for diverse clients and stakeholders. Currently, I am the Senior Community Impact Manager at POAH Communities, a mission-driven organization that creates, preserves, and sustains affordable and healthy communities across the country. In this role, I oversee operational processes and manage the community engagement and impact strategy for a portfolio of properties. I facilitate collaborative partnerships, secure new resources, write grants and proposals, and represent the organization to various government, community, and philanthropic interests. I am also skilled in curriculum design, facilitation and training, project management, lean processes, and fiscal management. I am passionate about creating, developing, and implementing innovative programs and services that exceed projected goals and improve the lives of people and communities.
