As the leader of my team of two RPA developers, I possess an innovative and out-of-the-box thinking style that is open to changes. This allows me to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that optimize business processes and increase operational efficiency across People S&S's digital workers. I am highly effective in developing and executing the People S&S RPA strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, identifying opportunities where automation can drive business value. I work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to identify and implement innovative RPA solutions that enable business process automation at scale. I am a skilled communicator, able to articulate the value of RPA to stakeholders, to ensure buy-in and support for RPA initiatives. I possess a strong troubleshooting ability, investigating any issues with the digital workers and escalating issues as needed to IT or other relevant teams.
