I am a seasoned triple-qualified (New York, Paris, Russia), multi-lingual commercial lawyer with over 25 years private practice and in-house experience accompanying French and international clients in complex international transactions in various sectors. In addition to my broad contracts/commercial law as well as compliance and people management experience, I developed unique expertise for projects in Energy and Oil & Gas and Digital sectors. ENERGY/OIL & GAS: Negotiation of EPC, supply and service agreements for energy generation equipment (thermal, nuclear, renewables, solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) and other sustainable energy).
