Constant interaction with management and staff have strengthened my interpersonal and managerial skills, and my involvement with the International market has given me a tremendous technical and IT background. My qualifications include extensive IT/PC experience with the software used in the industry, proven instructional technology skills, planning, project management and co-ordination skills. Projects completed: Project – Cash Defender Smokeboxes. Successfully completed the 24 month project from pilot stage to completion of the Cash Defender Cross Pavement Carriers in 36 South African branches. Project – Globalock IT based vehicle safes and software. Successfully completed the 36 month project from pilot stage to completion into 900 vehicles in 36 South African branches. Project – vehicle tracking solution. 50% completion of the vehicle tracking and security solution. Project handed over to another project manager due to another project taking priority. Project – Octopus Cross Pavement Protection Devices. Successfully completed the project from pilot stage to completion of the Octopus Cross Pavement Protection Devices into 6 South African branches. Project – E-viper tracking on consignment solution. Started the project from pilot stage, completed full rollout 2011. Project being managed on the prince 2 methodologies with the following techniques; Starting up of the project Planning Initiating a project Directing a project Controlling a stage Managing product delivery Managing stage boundaries Closing the project The product itself is based on the G4S UK viper programs, but has been re-developed for global requirements.
