About Andre Marques

I sometimes find myself doing things that I not only don't enjoy, but I'm also not good at. Growing up I always held the belief that if I'm not good at something, I should get better at it. To an extent this is necessary - being a generally well rounded human is important. I set high standards for myself, becoming an accountable and a goal-oriented professional with extensive management experience. Throughout my professional career I was able to develop an outstanding capacity for leadership and problem solving while delivering high performance to hit objectives. Trained to be a skilled communicator, active listener, able to maintain cultural sensitivity, establish rapport with members of diverse groups and promote team cohesiveness. Being consistent, organized, detail-oriented and conscientious self-starter with the ability to strategize and prioritize effectively to accomplish multiple tasks can only lead to overall success.
