About Andre Martin

I am a problem solver with a passion for improving processes and results for both employees and clients. My natural curiosity and knack for finding issues and suggesting improvements has led me on a path that has provided me experience in many different parts of an organization. From HR to Supply Chain to Finance to Operations, with lots of partnership with IT organizations sprinkled throughout I have gained experience in each. At each stop in my career I helped make improvements ranging from helping to define the processes of an HR support team, testing new IT systems, training employees and creating documentation manuals, creating and implementing support models for teams, to revamping end user support processes. Throughout my career I have thoroughly enjoyed every international experience I have had the privilege to have, which includes working abroad both long term and short term, working with international project teams and supporting an international supply chain getting products through customs for import to the U.S. In future roles I hope to continue my path of learning about organizations, working with an international focus and process improvements of all kinds, with a particular focus on supply chain.
