I have a hands-on and rational approach to life and situations. I am very comfortable working under pressure, enjoy being challenged, I’m adaptable, a team player or can work well independently. Strive to achieve the best in everything I do with a demonstrated history of success throughout my life. Currently working as the Worshop Manager and 420R Race Team manager at DPR Motorsport. I started at DPR as a trainee technician/graduate and progressed steadily through the company structure to a management position. Within this role I manage all technicians, write-up and control job cards, customer facing, train staff and complete all end-of-job quality control for the UK’s most respected and successful Caterham Race team. At the track I am responsible for overseeing 5 technicians, their cars, working with the drivers and coaches, decision making and troubleshooting.
