About Andre Pachniuk

Certified Salesforce Administrator, with ongoing studies toward the Salesforce Development Certificate. Developed various Lightning Web Components, programming with Apex in the use of back-end automation to front-end interfaces. Created and maintained a separate Salesforce instance using sharing rules, which involved setting up new users, profiles, objects, Community Cloud, LWC, Flows, and Apex. Overhauled key structural areas of a Salesforce instance, constructing an overview of required changes, with approval of implementation at each critical stage, and detailed technical documentation. Designed, developed, and deployed a veteran’s event booking web app from the ground up, featuring user signup, a filtered event calendar, detailed event pages, and a paid booking system integrated with Salesforce. The system includes automated email confirmations and booking reminders, as well as a responsive design for seamless use across all devices. Administered staff leave and payroll systems, addressing time-critical issues as they arose. Led periodic training sessions for staff on the usage of Field Service, Salesforce, and new developments implemented. Created knowledge articles for staff, offering simple overviews with detailed insights. I have been passionate about problem-solving since I was young, teaching myself C# and gaining a deep understanding of software and hardware.
