About Andre Parshotam

I have a key interest in behavioural insights and behavioural change, looking at why people do what they do and how this can be understood in order to improve social outcomes. I studied a Bachelor of Arts and Commerce conjoint at The University of Auckland, which combined an understanding of people with capable data skills, and a practical knowledge of a business environment. I then progressed towards a postgraduate degree in Psychology, advancing my skills in interpersonal and intergroup relations and receiving First Class Honours. My previous work experience includes market research, community development and regeneration, as well as consulting for domestic and international non-profit organisations.
