About Andre Peri

Mental Health Director at CUHCC, an FQHC & certified mental health clinic in South Minneapolis serving immigrant and refugee communities. My passion is to serve communities of color and other underserved communities from a whole health perspective including emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual/cultural health. Areas of interest include collaborative leadership, integrated care, value-based care/patient-centered medical/behavioral home, data analytics, and program development and evaluation. Core Qualifications: Collaborative leadership- 5+ years of supervising and managing diverse teams with varying roles, education, and healthcare discipline. Clinical data analytics- utilize electronic medical records and dashboard programs to make improvements to clinical processes and procedures and to examine clinical outcomes. Grant management- experience with the whole grant management cycle including writing and applying for grants, program implementation, and evaluation, completing grant reporting, and presenting results at conferences. Subject Matter Expert in integrated behavioral health- led a primary care clinic from level three to level five based on the SAMHSA-HRSA Standard Framework for Levels of Integrated Healthcare. Assisted in the revision of a manual on integrated behavioral health to be utilized with the 2-million-dollar Indian Health Services Behavioral Health Integration Initiative (BH2I) grant. Cultural Humility- 7+ experience working with American Indian/Alaska Natives in both Reservation and urban settings as well as others from the BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. Recognize the importance of meeting each individual where they are while considering their personal and cultural history and traditions.
