With a lifelong passion for football, I have seamlessly integrated this passion into my professional career, leveraging it to build an extensive network within the global football community. Throughout my journey, I have demonstrated a remarkable ability to thrive in challenging environments, continually pushing boundaries and achieving good results. My career trajectory reflects my commitment to excellence and my capacity to overcome obstacles. Notably, I made history as one of the first foreigners to join the technical group of a prestigious Japanese club. Subsequently, through dedication and perseverance, I ascended to the esteemed position of Sportive Director within five years, leading a division one club in Belgium. Over the course of seven years, I spearheaded efforts to elevate the club's performance, both financially and sportively. Despite facing numerous challenges inherent in managing a Japanese-owned club, I am proud of our achievements in fostering financial stability and elevating the club's sporting prowess. For example, in these 7 years, the club consistently improved its standings, transforming from perennial underdogs to an average 8th position finish over seven seasons. As a forward-thinking professional, I am committed to continuous growth and self-improvement.
