About Andre Roy

I bring over 30 years of experience helping industrial companies bring high-value technical projects to life. With a background that blends hands-on mechanical expertise, artistic design, and specialized industrial production, I’ve developed an approach that combines creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of real-world challenges—with a constant focus on performance and quality. I’ve led projects ranging from prototyping to full-scale production, always with a sharp eye on detail, efficiency, and execution. What drives me? Meeting my clients’ needs with both effectiveness and originality. Over the years, I’ve worked with innovative SMEs and major international brands—especially in branding and creative production for the action sports industry. These experiences have shaped my ability to thrive in demanding environments where precision, adaptability, and just-in-time or tight-deadline delivery are essential. Today at EBI Electric, I support our clients in deploying robust, tailor-made technical solutions such as: • High-temperature kiln motors built for harsh industrial environments • Control and automation systems • Intelligent wood scanning solutions to optimize processing operations My approach: listen, structure, innovate, deliver—and build strong, lasting partnerships along the way. Got a technical challenge or a project in mind? I’m always open to a concrete conversation.
