Andre is a seasoned PR professional who possess strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and execute effective communication strategies that align with the organization's business goals. In his current role as the first Public Relations Lead of Superbank, a newcomer in the Indonesia digital banking sphere backed by EMTEK Group, Grab and Singtel, he is responsible for leading the bank's external communications efforts and spearheading its rebranding from Bank Fama International as part of its digital transformation journey. With over 15 years of experience in corporate communication, PR, and crisis & issues management, Andre has a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes. His previous leadership roles in external communications at PermataBank and Grab, as well as my communications experience at Freeport Indonesia and Standard Chartered Bank, make him an ideal candidate for a role that requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry and the ability to leverage innovative communication channels to reach target audiences. With his Master in Public Policy from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore (NUS), and a degree from IPB University, he is a skilled communicator and strategic thinker who is able to deliver results while aligning communication objectives with business goals.
