I have been working with IT for more than 15 years, providing solutions to problems involving hardware, software, servers and network computers. Keeping myself updated with the latest technologies, my focus is to use my knowledge as best as possible to identify IT issues, recommending improvements and implementing solutions aligned with the organization's business rules. With good relationship and focused on results, I strive to be the necessary support for helping the company to achieve its commercial objectives, aiming for quality, engagement, and responsibility. I'm undergraduate in Network Computers and majored in IT Security, making use of new online tools to support my lifelong learning and improving my English language through an English school as well. As a result, I was able to contribute more and more to the multinational companies that I had the opportunity to work for, allowing me to participate in teleconferences and WebEx sessions in spoken English, interacting and helping foreign IT teams to solve issues and share knowledge each other. I have experience in Firewall administration. Administration of Windows 2003 R2 Server (Active Directory, IIS, WSUS, SQL2005, DNS, DHCP, RRAS, VPN, Remote Access, ISA Server, Exchange Server and File Server), and Linux Server (Postfix, Apache, Bind, LDAP, Samba, PureFTP, Zabbix and Asterisk), Virtualization Server (Vmware and Xen Server).
