I’ve built my career around leading people, optimizing systems, and creating lasting impact. Today, as Director of Operations at The Knowledge Society (TKS), I oversee customer support, financial operations, and systems automation—helping the organization scale efficiently while keeping the human experience at the center. My path here has been anything but linear. From managing guest services at The Westin, to supporting and coaching advisors at Shopify, to building out full operational frameworks at TKS, I’ve learned that the common thread is people. Empowering teams, simplifying complexity, and turning challenges into opportunities is where I thrive. I’m as comfortable digging into financial analysis or CRM integrations as I am leading strategy conversations or coaching high-performing teams. Colleagues often describe me as someone who balances detail and vision—able to keep an eye on the big picture while making sure the systems underneath it actually work. Outside of work, I’m a kidney transplant recipient and organ donation advocate, a former varsity basketball player, a DJ, and an award-winning recording artist. Each of these experiences has shaped how I lead—with resilience, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the people and systems that make progress possible.
