About Andre Waring

Andre Waring is a retired 2nd Grade Detective of the New York City Police Department. His assignments included Queens Narcotics, Narcotics Major Case Squad, Department of Investigations Squad (DOI), Office of the Police Commissioner (under the Honorable William Bratton) and Bronx Chief of Detective's Special Projects and Training Team. He also was assigned to the 45th Precinct Detective Squad as a Detective and as the Burglary/Robbery Apprehension Module Coordinator. There he used his expertise gained in the COMPSTAT Unit of the Department to record and track all the burglaries and robberies within the confines of the 45th Precinct. All were sensitive assignments which required great professionalism and true commitment to law enforcement. Mr. Waring retired in 2006 and brings his experience and expertise in criminal and civil investigations to the private sector. Since retiring, Mr. Waring was President and CEO of his own licensed private investigation company, CTU Investigations, Inc. which provided services for clients such as Black Enterprise, Local 1199/SEIU, Vincent Parco, P.I, Maguire Global Associates, New York State Insurance Fund as well as a host of local attorneys. In 2011, Mr. Waring was recruited by Madison Security Group, Inc. where he took on the position of District Manager. In 2013 Mr. Waring was promoted to the Assistant Director of Operations. In this position, he is now entrusted with the daily managerial operations of the company citywide. In January 2015, Mr. Waring, along with Company President Timothy Merritt formed P&B Associates Security and Investigations, Inc. to help carry on the good works started by Sovereign Security. PBA provides the best in Security and Concierge and Investigative services. Mr. Waring oversees the daily operations of the business as well as lead the Investigative team. It's what he is good at.
