Real estate is not my retirement job. Real estate is my life. This is not a 9-5 job, and those that think it is, fail. I work around the clock for my clients- I love to represent buyers. Many agents are constantly chasing listings because it's guaranteed money. I will only do one listing per quarter. I've taken additional educational classes to receive my Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation because it's what I love to do. I'm a buyer's Realtor. My goal is to get you into a great home. I'm not trying To find listings while working with you. My focus is on the market and what's out there. I help people buy homes, that's what I do- My process. Many people are new to the home buying process. I hold your hand from the start; from introducing you to the best lenders in the business and getting you pre-approved with the most beneficial programs you may qualify for, to house shopping, to writing up the strongest offer, guiding you through the inspection process, alleviating the nerves come appraisal time, up and through closing and handing you those keys.
