An entrepreneurial, dynamic and in the meantime experienced business developer in the SAP, SuccessFactors, cloud space. I've been running an EMEA-wide sales/pre-sales team for the past 3 years, driving 33m+ EUR incremental revenue during 2022. Extensive knowledge of the SAP/SuccessFactors HCM portfolio, strategy, SAP organization and go-to-market in Europe, Middle-East and Africa, with a strong focus on consistent execution, with a good personal touch. In the end, we’re all still humans who make the decisions…… Gained a lot of experience in selling in the various European countries with all its dynamics & challenges, on culture, language, country specific requirements, legislation, rates, etc. Strong network within the SAP HCM eco-system with large system integrators as well as smaller HCM boutiques in the various countries. As a result of this, a proven track-record in achieving business results (sales) through different sales models in Europe (direct, resellers, OEM, SAP Solution Extensions). Besides this, I'm a passionate cyclist; I love to do long undurance rides / climbing mountains / gravel riding; all over the world; no mountain too high!
