I am also certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Essential New Skills in Recruiting, reflecting my commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery. Currently, I serve as a Clinical Administrative Assistant at Dialysis Care Center in Leesburg, FL. In this role, I support both clinical and administrative operations—coordinating patient admissions, managing records in Gaia, conducting billing audits, tracking missed treatments, and ensuring compliance with care plans and lab results. I also oversee patient scheduling and collaborate with providers to ensure smooth and effective care delivery. My previous experience at Benton House of Clermont and Golden Heart Senior Care helped me build a broad base of administrative skills across office management, human resources, billing, compliance, and caregiving support. From managing front office operations and auditing documentation to onboarding new staff and supporting budget oversight, I’ve developed a well-rounded understanding of the workflows that keep healthcare organizations running efficiently.
