Professional with 30 years of experience in the technology sector, with a solid background in roles such as Account Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, and Sales Manager, leading the New Business area with a focus on global accounts. Throughout my career, I have supported clients in the internalization of software and services, always with a strong emphasis on processes and efficiency. With this process-driven sales experience, I transitioned to operations, where I actively participated in the implementation and customization of ERP functionalities. I also played an essential role in the integration with a new corporate group, contributing to accounting processes and tax auditing. I was responsible for creating the Microsoft LSP structure and integrating it into the acquiring group, ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements. Additionally, I participated in the systemic merger between Comparex and SoftwareOne, as well as the acquisition of three new companies, collaborating with teams in Germany, Spain, and Latin America to strengthen synergy and alignment across groups.
