About Andrea B.

Senior NGO Leader with over 7 years of experience as Director of Development of an international development organisation. I specialise in implementing and delivering global strategies that ensure long-term sustainability and programmatic impact. My leadership has focused on supporting the organisation through a period of transformational growth, effectively doubling its operating capacity into a multi-country operation across Sub-Saharan Africa. I launched and continue to lead the global Development and Marketing divisions, providing support in fundraising, campaign delivery, project management, governance and M&E to ensure evidence-based impact. This success has been rooted in collaborative team development and the cultivation of high-calibre partnerships with donors and stakeholders such as UNHCR, Oxfam or John Lewis Foundation. Driven by a commitment to advocacy and high-level representation, I recently served as a Guest Speaker at Forbes Africa Summit and was also selected to participate at the United National Commission of the Status of Women.
