About Andrea Benko

My name is Andrea Benkő and I am a highly motivated & dedicated person. I graduated from pedagogical high school where I learned to work with children & people, leadership techniques, patience and the ins and outs of teamwork. After that, I studied banking and finance at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, where I acquired professional knowledge. I am currently graduating with a master’s degree from Business University and in parallel I work at FSP Global as a customer service specialist. After 4 years at my current job, and as my role continuously evolved I can identify as a person who leads the team, solves all critical problems which arise, analyzes our results and makes sure we hit all the targets. Besides offering technical, appraisal and emotional support for my team, I also provide coaching and training for new hires, due to my accumulated experience in the role. With the expansion of my responsibilities and duties, I learned to prioritize tasks, delegate and effectively solve any situation that arises. I can say about myself that I am a positive, reliable, hardworking, loyal and trustworthy person. Since 2021 I have been working as a team leader who manages, leads, trains, supports, and evaluates her colleagues. This major change in my job description and responsibilities provided an equally large step in my personal development My job was to keep in touch with coworkers, other departments and customers. I analyze and solve problems as soon as possible within the deadlines. As a wide variety of clients and a wide range of problems can arise, my work always presents me with different & new challenges, to which I was able to adapt easily and with a positive attitude, analytical thinking and meet expectations at a high level. As part of my work, I had to use my company's internal systems and databases, which did not cause me any problems.
