I am a young Aerospace Engineer graduated with Master at Politecnico di Torino.I went to Australia in 2011 to develop my Master degree project and I had my first working experience as an aeroanutical engineer. It has been a great experience for me to put in practice my knowledge, to consolidate my language skills and to a work in a foreign country. After triying without success to enter a local engineering company, I came back in Italy and now I have been working for more than 2 years in the automotive sector, in two of the major car maker companies in the area. Currently I am charge as System Engineer in the Powertrain Group.I am a really sociable person, very dynamic and tenacious in completing the tasks that are entrusted to me.I'm very proactive because I try to identify solutions before problems occurs and turn opportunities into advantages. I have good communication and leadership skills because I actively listen to my colleagues opinios about the projects, trying to make everyone feel involved in producing successful results and also because I always assume the responsibility for my decisions. I'm interested in learning about WCM processes and the related management approaches (TPM,TQM, LP, PLM, JIT) and reach a more coordinating role as a project manager.
