I lead with heart, integrity, and a commitment to doing things right—even when it’s hard. After more than a decade in remote hospitality and operations, I’ve learned how to make things work in the toughest conditions—and how to build teams that thrive there. I put people first. I make choices that respect the people and communities I work with, because that’s what good leadership demands. It’s how strong teams stay strong. Whether it’s managing complex camp operations, stepping in to support a crew, or helping a client find clarity in the chaos, I’m all in. I don’t do surface leadership. I believe in accountability, clear expectations, and showing up with integrity—every time. People describe me as calm under pressure, transparent, and deeply focused on both results and relationships. I connect the dots between finance, logistics, client partnerships, and team development to keep things running smoothly and sustainably. I care about safety, inclusion, and real change. I work to create spaces where people feel respected, seen, and part of something bigger than the job. Right now, I’m focused on what matters most: mentoring others, building healthier boundaries, and shaping a career that’s not just successful—but sustainable.
