My background is in the pharmaceutical industry — from R&D and project management to proposal strategy — supported by degrees in Drug Development and Pharma Marketing. 🧑‍Being a father of two continues to shape me — reminding me every day to stay present, flexible, and open. 🤝I'm here to connect with people who believe that listening, kindness, and clarity can change not just teams — but lives.
