During my carrier I’ve held management roles in Trade Marketing e Sales Departments in Multinational Companies focused on innovation and playing in complex and high competitive markets, increasing my level of responsibility and my strategic skills, operational experiences, people management and client relationships. Innovation, vision and initiative have characterized each step of my career. My pragmatism, vision and analytic skills have allowed me to develop and implement business strategies and to achieve good results, identifying and exploiting opportunities which did exist or could be created. My professional experience has been made in different channels (Modern Distribution, Drugstores and Pharmacy), managing different portfolio brands, relationship at different levels (international and national, inside and outside the company), managing people (junior and senior, sales people and high potential junior people, with different skills and education), and customers (National and local, big and small). Ethic is very important in my idea of working.
