From products and services ranging from credit cards, credit scores, condiments, and soup, I have tailored marketing programs to meet diverse needs and developed digital services to increase client engagement. I launched and enhanced two digital credit score services that are available to more than 2M customers to help them gain a more complete understanding of their personal finances. I excel at creating and adapting product and marketing strategy to satisfy specific client needs, including targeted segments such as millennials and mass affluent, diverse populations such as Hispanic and Asian Americans, and retail and foodservice distributors. Whether conducting soup tastings at 5 a.m, celebrating with clients during Hispanic Heritage month, creating custom digital communications that are delivered at the most timely and relevant moments, or launching offers that have never before been pursued to acquire engaged clients, I innovate to meet and exceed client needs.
