Kristi Noem as a dominant policy voice on agriculture, and served as a press secretary for Rep. Kevin McCarthy. Earlier, I was a spokesperson for Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger with a portfolio including international trade, economic growth, education, agriculture, and transportation.
