Years later I accomplished the role of implementation, where I utilized my prior knowledge to assist and convert many clients on to HCM platforms. Now, I use the experience gained in HRIS technology to passionately provide solutions that help companies improve not only the business but their people too: To help people feel empowered to make positive change in their personal and professional lives: Over the last decade, I have encouraged and assisted numerous companies and individuals with improving their HR strategies.
