About Andrea Corbetta

I worked most of the time in enterprise and medium-large sized environments, with very complex architectures that always include High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions (banks, financial institutions, pubic bodies); at the same time I always had to deal directly with the management. Over the years I have placed the theme of Cyber Security management combined with the usability of services at the center of my professional career and in all the projects I have managed and in the projects I have collaborated on. This led me to become the head of the internal Cyber Security team that follows the activities related to Cyber Security, especially for IAM, PAM and EPM solutions. My current roles (VP of Security and IT Manager) are the result of all of this path, of my constant interest in innovation, in Cyber Security and for all the solutions that can bring a benefit to the company and to customers I follow, building a real and solid dialog with the people I interact with day by day, in a 360-degree confrontation, without prejudice. The gained experience during my time in HP at Regione Veneto put me side by side with regular users and VIP users (councilors secretariats of departments and piloticians); that special environment and the different type of person required excellent relationship skills and sometimes the ability to establish solid relationships in a short time with the staff and with important politicians.Above all I immediately learned how to work in an enterprise environment and with an highly structured company at the organizazion level. I immediately appreciated the ITIL paradigm and embraced its approach, to better organize my work and lay solid foundations for my professional growth. This experience was very important and taught me how to be able to enter quickly and easily in the enterprise context, adapting my activities and my work to their operational flows and proposing new operating methods where possible and/or necessary.
