She founded Linked Workforce LLC, a consulting firm that helps organizations create inclusive and agile workplaces that match business priorities with the proper labor alignment. Andrea is passionate about empowering her clients to drive transformative change, foster diversity, equity, and inclusion, and optimize workforce management strategies. With exceptional people, technical, and talent management skills, Andrea has successfully led cross-functional project teams at various Big 4 and mid-tier accounting and consulting firms, as well as in other industries such as public sector, government, and technology. She has developed and executed world-class resource management office (RMO) teams and processes, implemented global AI-enabled skills and credentialing programs, and created efficient and scalable firm-wide workforce planning processes.
