I help companies improve the health and productivity of their employees by creating workplace wellness programs that include engaging and practical nutrition seminars and cooking demos, on-site nutrition counselling and nutrition education through newsletters and nutrition videos. Healthy employees take less sick days and are more engaged. I work with companies to improve their bottom line by providing evidence-based nutrition education and nutrition coaching to their employees. I am passionate about teaching people that healthy eating is possible to do when you have a busy lifestyle. My nutrition seminars provide strategies that are easy to implement and give the listener actionable tips they can incorporate into their daily lives immediately.
