About Andrea Elswick

I’m a people‑first operator stepping into sales with one goal: turn complex benefits conversations into clear business wins. As VP, Account Management, I combine big‑picture strategy with surgical execution to build pipeline and deliver proposals that move decisions forward, for the business, the team, and the client.I consult the right outcomes, not quick fixes. I use data, advanced consulting strategies, and disciplined follow‑through to align HR/CFO priorities, accelerate renewals, and expand accounts with solutions that last. I listen for the next great idea, elevate diverse strengths, and move fast from insight to close. My edge comes from my military background, discipline, resilience, accountability. I roll up my sleeves, tackle hard problems, and raise the bar with every conversation, from first meeting to signature to delivery.Community and impact fuel me. I mentor rising talent, give back, and model what’s possible for the next generation. Limits? They’re usually self‑imposed—and I’m here to break them.
