I’m a hospitality professional with 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, currently serving as a Front Desk Team Supervisor and leading our hotel design team. With a degree in architectural design, I bring a unique blend of creative insight and operational expertise to the guest experience. In addition to front office leadership, I’ve had the opportunity to manage operations for new hotel openings, developing systems and workflows that support smooth launches and efficient team performance. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt quickly, lead diverse teams, and think strategically across different areas of the business. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Japanese, I’m comfortable working in multicultural environments and engaging with international teams and guests.
